Refund Policy

If you bought the wrong item or would like something different, we will happily let you exchange it for something else or give you a store credit for the amount you paid. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging in order to be brought back for an exchange. You must return the item within 14 days of purchase along with the receipt.

**Sewing machines, cut items (fabric, batting, etc.), special ordered parts, & Gift Certificates are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges. These items are FINAL SALE.**
