Dresden Plate Neighborhood
Create a 24" block while learning an old favourite technique -- The Dresden Plate! This will make a great pillow or wall hanging once complete to showcase those treasured scraps.
You will be making one type of Dresden plate, but we will be touching on a few other variations out there.
You may not finish the top during class, but you will have mastered the technique to finish up at home!
Supplies Needed (not included):
Dresen Neighbourhood Pattern
2/3 yard background fabric
1/4 yard steam-a-seam or wonder under
15-20 Fabric scraps for houses (pieces have to be at least 4"x9")
Small fabric scraps for windows and doors and roof
*Optional* EZ Dresden Ruler (or we will have a template to trace)
