Introduction to Garments: Lounge Pants
It's time to take your sewing skills to the next level!
This workshop we will be teaching you the basic skills of garment (clothing) making. We will be making a pair of lounge pants, because it's a great place to start!
We will be going over:
Measuring, pinning, cutting, and sewing them together.
Learn the correct way to create a great seam & seam finish for clothing.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
You will need the following for this class:
McCalls Pattern M8063
Fabric that measures 2 x's your length from your waist to floor PLUS 10".
Straight pins
And thread to match!
Sewing machines available for use during class
We have cutting tools available, however if you have a pair of scissors that you prefer, bring them along to use.
If you need help figuring out how much fabric to purchase, you can give us a call or stop by the store!
